Yes you can change the number of sales steps in both, single and team version, anytime you need.

Single Version

You can change the number of sales steps in the single version directly in your pipeliner application.

Please note that you can have a maximum of 7 sales steps in your pipeline.

To change sales steps in your pipeline:

1. Open pipeliner

2. Click on the Pipeline Center

3. Click on the Pipeline Configurator

As on the screen bellow, please click either on the Delete button or New sales step button to delete/add sales steps.



Team Version

In the Team Version, you can change the number of sales steps on your customer portal web page:

1. Open a new browser window and go to your customer portal - https://workspace.pipelinersales.com

2. After the login select your team pipeline.

3. Click on Selected team pipeline and then Team Pipeline Configurator

As you can see on the picture bellow, click on the Create sales step to create a new sales step or click on the Remove sales step to remove a sales step you don't need anymore.

Please note that the number of sales steps in team pipeline can be modified only by the team pipeline administrator (TP ADMIN).
