Unique Solution
Offline accessibility. On the go or in the office.
Total mobility. pipeliner aligns perfectly to your sales requirements. Sales managers spend little time in the office as a rule. Their workplace is “outside” with the customer. That’s where being able to access and update data is critically important. Unlike many other applications, the full functionality of pipeliner is also available offline. All opportunities can be updated and processed anytime, anywhere. Data is synchronised at the press of button in online mode. In this way the data stored on the local workstation and on the internal server or even in the “cloud” can always be fully synchronised – guaranteed.
Optimised usability. Smart and simple.
Innovative concept. Only the key data needs to be entered to create an opportunity, saving you valuable time. The graphic user interface lets you process all opportunities with a simple drag and drop. With pipeliner, data entry is as simple as it gets. All the sales rep has to do is input the four particularly relevant pieces of data that turn a lead into an opportunity: name, account, amount and deadline.
Flexible integration. In the cloud or locally.
You decide. More and more software applications, such as CRM systems, are no longer being operated or provided in the company itself, but leased as a service from one or more external providers. This applies not only to software, which no longer has to be specially installed for each customer, but also to servers, making them flexibly and affordably available. Neither does any additional software have to be installed to access these services, because this is done using a standard Internet browser. Provisioning, operation and maintenance take place on the service provider’s computers. The applications and data are no longer held on the local computer or in the company’s computer centre, but in the “cloud”.
“Cloud computing” is a relatively new term for something that many users have been using quite naturally in their day-to-day work for quite some time. This is because web-based e-mail services such as Gmail, Hotmail or GMX are in principle a typical cloud computing application. A provider operates mailboxes which are available to users worldwide via the Internet, without the need to install an e-mail client for them locally.
Cloud computing generates cost benefits compared to conventional systems, thanks to the savings achieved in the area of local resources (software and hardware). On the other hand, some companies have reservations about protecting access to the data during the transfer between the local client and the remote server.
The flexibility of pipeliner makes it different from many other applications in this regard. Each customer can decide for themselves whether to operate the application on an internal server or use it as a cloud service.
Dynamic targets. Analyse your goals at any level.
Individual planning. Define specific targets for departments, people or products and verify these in the reports. Dashboard and management reports are tailored to this and enable a direct comparison with the targets.
