How does team environment work?
The p-plus version of pipeliner is based on our web-online cloud service pipeliner "Customer Portal".
The pipeliner customer portal enables pipeliner customers:
- to maintain and administer their own account in an easy and efficient way
- in larger organizations where some or all processes are delegated within the corporate structure, customers are able to delegate certain pipeliner maintenance
- and administrate tasks to different employees based on designated user roles.
These tasks include the possibility to:
- up- and downgrade between different product variants
- set up support requests or to obtain credit in order to pay for the pipeliner services.
- keep track of the usage of the pipeliner services and costs.
Furthermore, you are able to set up your sales pipeline according to the needs and requirements of your sales department on your own.
p-plus vs. p-max
The key upgrade feature for p-max focuses, in addition to the possibility to assign different leads within a team (comes with p-plus), on the possibility to create pre-defined setting where different charts and reports are available at the press of a button and where detailed audit logs are produced for all activities taking place on an account/ opportunity. These features are most beneficial for larger organizations, in particular for those with structured sales teams, and where detailed records are required for balanced scorecard, audit, regulatory or other purposes.

Opportunity logging
This function logs, in detail, all of the activities that occurred around the opportunity. A log is a “time stamp” that is saved in the background of the application.
Hit-Rate Manager
The Hit-Rate Manager is an activity-based sales management tool. All activities are measured and compared within a specific time frame. This can be used for individual users or entire teams.
