Each company should work to a clearly defined sales cycle. The sales process is a prerequisite for using pipeliner. This serves as the template for the customized sales structure set up in pipeliner. A structure is also set up in the background and is based on the distinct structure of the company’s sales team. The first step involves defining the pipeline. Next, the number of stages and their respective weighting are established. Then all the documents and templates needed for smoothly functioning sales management are created.

pipeliner offers customers the possibility to attend comprehensive pipeliner training sessions. These are individually arranged, depending on the size, guidelines and requirements of the company, and can be held for groups as well as for individuals. These training sessions cover all aspects of pipeliner – participants can familiarize themselves with the program and learn how to use the main features.

Customer Portal training

In addition to the adjustments that pipeliner makes together with the customer prior to the product integration, the “Customer Portal” feature also gives the customer the possibility to make changes to pipeliner during normal operations. The Customer Portal can be used to create new clients, while templates can be updated or created from scratch.

The settings can be used to create, for example, industry settings, while new datasets can be created in the address book and addresses imported. Each change made in the Customer Portal plays out across the entire system and is therefore visible to all team members. Individual training sessions are offered for the Administrator – the person entrusted with the supervision of the Customer Portal by the company.
