Documents are Always at Your Service
Documents are often needed at various times in sales. Pipeliner does away with time wasted searching for them – no document is ever more than 1 click away.
Since it often happens that the same documents will be needed for each opportunity as it moves through a particular sales stage, Pipeliner allows you to store vital documents at every stage. A rep or other user only needs to click in "Documents" at the top of that sales stage and chose the needed document.
Sales Document Management is accessible right from within the Pipeline View, and integrates with popular cloud services such as Dropbox, Box.com and Google Drive.
Documents from Pipeline Sales Stages can also be instantly imported into individual Accounts, Contacts, Leads or Opportunities when needed—right into the “Documents” section. Documents can also be uploaded to these areas from Box, Dropbox, Google Drive, SharePoint or from a local drive.
Attachment Type Limit
Pipeliner CRM support various attachments, that can be uploaded. You can check in administration section which filename extensions are supported.
