Pipeliner CRM Debuts Self-Assessment Resource for Sales Pros
Interactive eBook by CEO Nikolaus Kimla Breaks New Ground
Los Angeles, CA, December 18 , 2014 -- Pipeliner CRM today announced the release and availability of a new sales-related eBook entitled, Cutting Through the Water: Becoming a Champion Salesperson, by Pipeliner CRM CEO, Nikolaus Kimla.
Cutting Through the Water is the first of a series of “self-assessment” resources to be provided by Pipeliner CRM . At the end of each chapter, readers can answer a set of questions to help gain insight on professional skills. Based on the answers, they receive a personalized email with suggestions for other assets to download -- resources to help develop their skills as a sale professional.
Pipeliner CRM is also pleased to announce that this “self-assessment” approach is the first step toward the Pipeliner CRM Sales University project -- a nascent effort, but one that will be developing quickly as an ongoing part of our educational commitment. The purpose of the program is to help sales professionals maintain and augment their sales skills. We will offer the best information from our own team as well as other prominent influencers and educators.
According to Kimla, he used the analogy of a champion swimmer resembling a professional salesperson because, “In both swimming and sales, becoming a champion requires a sharp focus, persistence, and precision training. Fortunately, becoming a champion salesperson—what we call a salespreneur—doesn’t require the length of time and physical endurance necessary to become a champion swimmer like gold medalist swimmer, Mark Spitz. But it does require a level of skill and knowledge well beyond that what has traditionally been required of a salesperson. That’s why I wrote the book -- to help salespeople attain their career goals with the same level of dedication as a champion athlete.”
