2015 marked a doubling of customer revenues for third successive year
Los Angeles, CA, January 12, 2016—Pipeliner CRM is delighted to report that FY2015 was a breakout year for the company increasing revenue by an outstanding 106% over FY2014, the third year in succession that Pipeliner has doubled revenue year over year.
The amount of Pipeliner seat licenses also doubled Y/Y while the number of customers increased by an exceptional 77%. Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) increased in FY2015 by 120% over FY2014 and Monthly Recurring Revenue (MMR) in December 2015 was also up 120% over the same month in 2014. The rapid growth and strength of the business was also reflected by a very high renewal rate and an extremely low customer churn rate.
2015 also saw Pipeliner release the first of its vertically-focused offerings with CRM for Financial Services, a strategy that will continue in 2016 for other industries and which reflects the unrivalled flexibility and configurability of the system.
In 2015 we delivered two market changing releases of Pipeliner CRM with innovative features not found in other products. From our results it is clear that the market reacted very well to them. Both our customer retention and new customer acquisition rates were outstanding and of course, doubling revenue for a third successive year speaks for itself. With more innovations coming this year, we expect to attract even greater numbers of customers and grow at an even faster rate in 2016.
