We have recently added functionality to Pipeliner CRM that makes collaboration through instant dynamic visualization completely possible. Prime among these is our new forecasting feature, which I believe is the most accurate forecastingForecasting Forecasting is a prediction or calculation of a trend or event likely to occur in the future based on qualitative, quantitative and historical data as well as emergent but relevant factors. system in the CRM market—accurate forecasting means a significant reduction in risk.

You cannot really forecast, though, until you have gained positive control over your opportunities. For this, we offer the world’s most visual opportunity management system, which then facilitates accurate forecasting.

What must occur prior to opportunity management? LeadLead Lead refers to a prospect or potential customer (who can be an individual or organization) that exhibits interest in your service or product; or any additional information about such entity. management—and this is the powerful new facility we’re now adding to Pipeliner CRM. With it, we’ve created a very efficient prospecting tool.

Unlimited Lead Processes

You’ll find within many CRM applications just a single lead stage within the sales processSales Process Sales Process is a series of strategic steps or a set of activities aimed at driving sales growth through the alignment of personnel, market insight, methodologies, relevant business units, and technology.. We know, however, that in today’s complex commerce landscape that lead qualifying doesn’t occur in just a single stage. There is a whole process behind qualifying a lead—and in fact, there is often more than one lead process, even when not expressed in CRM.

That is why an unlimited number of lead processes are allowed within our new Lead Management Functionality. You may have a process, for example, for leads from partners. Or, another for leads from distributors. You can have a process for leads into different productProduct Product refers to anything (an idea, item, service, process or information) that meets a need or a desire and is offered to a market, usually but not always at a price. lines. And much more.

Within any lead process, Pipeliner CRM allows any number of process steps—just as with opportunity management.

We include within our lead process functionality the ability for leads to be moved based on activity—something not found in any other CRM. In other words, the seller takes a particular action, the lead responds, and the lead moves ahead or back based on that response.

Integration combinations, along with many other functions, can be combined within lead processes using Pipeliner’s Automatizer feature.

Why is it important for a CRM to provide multiple steps and multiple processes for leads? Because today it is difficult to turn a cold lead into a warm lead. There can be many steps involved, and differing processes and process steps required.

Customizable Lead Forms

Customizable lead forms is another aspect of our new Lead Management functionality. For any step in a lead process, you can—as in our opportunity management—add in customized forms.

As an example, a support form could be created so that immediate tech support attention could be provided to any hot lead. Another form can exist for lost leads, so that all information pertinent to any lost lead can be saved to understand why that lead was lost. That form, with that lead, is then moved into the Pipeliner CRM archive.

Different streams such as partners, the website, or virtual events, could be feeding into the same lead process. A form can be created for each of these different streams.

Focus Right From the Start

It is now possible for sales teams to have a tight focus right from the start, thanks to these new lead management prospecting functions. That focus means fewer lost leads and more leads converted to opportunities.

Through Instant Dynamic Visualization, Pipeliner empowers you to keep that focus right through opportunity management, allowing a high percentage of closed opportunitiesClosed Opportunities Closed Opportunities is a general term encompassing closed-won and closed-lost opportunities.. Pipeliner is assisting in the ease of sales maneuverability from A to Z.

All of this adds up to an operation that is incredibly more efficient. Efficiency, as we know, leads to productivity.

Most companies utilize disconnected applications to solve issues that are solved right within Pipeliner CRM. Without such integrated tools, it becomes difficult to create the right processes at the right time.

All of these issues are now solved for all businesses everywhere, providing all vitally needed focus into one system.
