We are happy to announce our newest release of Pipeliner CRM.
This release includes another exciting batch of new features for our app as well as other improvements to existing functionality.
Please note that some of these features are only available for our Business, EnterpriseEnterpriseEnterprise (in the context of sales) is a relatively large organization typically composed of multiple levels, locations, and departments which need multi-layer software systems that support collaboration across a large corporate environment., or Unlimited Tiers.
Brand New Targets
Targets are designed to help you track the performance of users or teams (groups of users) using dataDataData is a set of quantitative and qualitative facts that can be used as reference or inputs for computations, analyses, descriptions, predictions, reasoning and planning. from the Leads and Opportunities that they are working on in Pipeliner.
When you create a new Target, it will be pre-populated with data based on the historical performance of the selected userUserUser means a person who uses or consumes a product or a service, usually a digital device or an online service.(s). Working within a draft Target, you can change values and see the immediate impact on predicted performance. “Activate” a Target to set it live within Pipeliner and then use it to monitor real-time performance. The Target will be Finished when it’s End Date has passed.
Select the Target Type — RevenueRevenueRevenue is the amount of money a business generates during a specific period such as a year or a quarter; also called sales. to focus on Revenue figures for Sales Users or Leads Qualified or Leads CreatedmetricsMetricsMetrics are quantities that are measured and used to: for Business Development Reps. Each type has its own predefined calculations.
Focus on individual performance with User Targets or team performance using Group Targets. For example:
Create a quarterly revenue User Target for a salesperson to track their progress over that period.
Create an annual revenue Group Target for the entire sales team to track the team’s performance over the course of the year.
Each target consists of these essential parts:
Target Value — whether pre-calculated or a custom value that you enter, this defines the upper limit of what should be achieved.
Achieved Value — based on the real Opportunity or LeadLeadLead refers to a prospect or potential customer (who can be an individual or organization) that exhibits interest in your service or product; or any additional information about such entity. data that the user(s) created or updated within the time Period.
Period — a start date and end date for the Target. Target will operate within this period.
Assigned User — the user for whom the target is created.
Pipeliner Administrators now have the option to add additional multi language translations directly in the Admin Module via “Fields & Forms” or the “Translations” tab which is activated when the “Multilanguage Support” Add-on is enabled.
Field Names, Form Field Labels, Form Field Descriptions and items from validated lists — “dropdown values“, “multiselect checkbox lists” and “radio button” entries — can all be translated ⤵
Users can print Dashboards to PDF files or send PDF copies as one-off emails or by “Scheduling” a “Dashboard” to be sent out regularly ⤵
When printing a Report that includes a Chart, users can select whether to print both “Chart and Report” (All), just the “Chart” or just the “Report” ⤵
Additional Drill down Options
Drill down to the underlying data — and then take action using the menu options — from the “Count” total and from Group headers within “Standard Reports” ⤵
Grand Total and Group Totals in Reports
We’ve given you the option to switch off the Totals section if you prefer or change its location in your “Reports” (very useful as you can now put the “Totals” section at the top so you don’t have to scroll through a long report) ⤵
And we’ve added extra choices for the totals displayed. As well as “Show Sum” and “Show Average”, you can now also enable (or disable) “Show Min”, “Show Max” and, for Opportunity and Lead Reports, “Show Status” ⤵
As part of our ongoing usability enhancement program, we’ve updated the following features.
ProductProductProduct refers to anything (an idea, item, service, process or information) that meets a need or a desire and is offered to a market, usually but not always at a price. Line Item fields are now available for selection when exporting data using our BI Feeder tool. Edit your selections in the [product_oppty_relation_export table].
New Field: Modified Date By User
As so many actions – for example, changes made by Automatizer processes or API integrations — update the existing “Modified Date” field, we’ve added a new field “Modified Date by User” which tracks the last modification made to the record by an individual Pipeliner User. This field is available for “Leads“, “Accounts“, “Contacts“, “Opportunities“, “Projects“, “Product Line Items” and “Activities“.
The “Lead Sidebar” on the left hand side has been missing in “Lead Detail” so we’ve added it with the same functionality as on other entities, allowing you to easily click through a list of records and make updates to them in the “Detail Panel“.
Admin Module: names of Forms on which Fields are placed
And here’s our timesaver for Admins! Previously, it was possible only to see if an individual “Field” was in use on a “Form” but, as you can now create multiple Forms for each type of record, we’ve added the “Form Name(s)” to the “Field” list and you can click through directly to each “Form” to make any required edits ⤵
