New “Rich Text” field, Recurring Appointments for Office 365 and more (v4.3.0)

Pipeliner CRM 4.3.0 introduces a brand new "Rich Text Field" functionality, which allow you to use bullets, numbered lists, bold, italics and insert images into long text fields such as Description. For those users who have activated the Office 365 Calendar integration, we now support syncing Recurring Appointments from Outlook to Pipeliner. These recurring events will be synced into Pipeliner as a new activity type “Recurring Appointment” which will be read-only. We are also improving continuously our application and adding various other small enhancements and fixes throughout the whole application.

New Email Sequences, Account Hierarchy and more (v4.2.0)

Pipeliner CRM 4.2.0 introduces a brand new "Email Sequences" functionality, which allow you to plan and execute targeted email nurture campaigns to your Pipeliner Contacts as part of your ongoing Account Management and communications strategy. We’ve also updated the List View of related Accounts from the Accounts tab within your selected record. This view now also shows you the hierarchy of the Accounts and you can also manage and update the relationship. Buying Center, Products on Accounts, New Lookup Field Type and more (v3.12.0)

Pipeliner CRM 3.12.0 brings an enhanced Buying Center as well as enhancements to the individual Contact cards making it even easier to define and view the types and strengths of the relationships you have, we’ve now added the ability for you to create “on the fly” Groups so you can batch Contacts together. In addition to that, we enhanced Account Management — there is a new Products tab to Accounts. Use the Products tab to see a breakdown of what Products or Product Categories were included in Open, Won or Lost Opportunities linked to that Account. An additional field type has been added to the available options when creating a new custom field in the Admin Module › Fields and Forms. The new “Lookup” field allows Pipeliner Admins to create custom relationships between different types of entity/record. Pipeliner CRM 3.11.0 brings an enhanced Organisation Chart and improved the depth of the information it gives you. In addition to that, we enhanced the ability to start customizing the Compact View for Accounts, Contacts, Leads and Opportunities. Pipeliner Admins can now choose which Overview information to include or exclude using “Edit Overview” in the Interface tab in Fields & Forms.
