Pipeliner CRM 5.20.0 introduces the new AI Automatizer Agent, bringing AI-powered capabilities directly into workflow automation. Users can now create, update, and manage processes using natural language prompts. This includes new UI components for AI interaction, process diffing before publishing, and enhanced options for saving and copying processes. This release also includes significant Target Improvements. We are decoupling targets from user data with new Simulated Targets, allowing sales teams to model performance without being tied to historical data. Enhancements include a redesigned progress bar and the ability to create targets directly from the Forecast Setup wizard. Additionally, a new E-Book Library provides a centralized, in-app location for Pipeliner e-books. Accessible from the University Menu, it features an integrated PDF viewer and a full backend content management system for admins. We are also continuously improving our application and adding other small enhancements and fixes throughout the whole application.

Pipeliner CRM 5.19.0 introduces a brand new Voyager AI Coach, which guides user requests with intelligently routed, always-available access, and seamless integration with the incredible depth of knowledge available from both our SalesPOP! Experts and Pipeliner Knowledge Base. This release also includes significant improvements to the Forecasting tool. The primary changes include a new multi-step wizard for forecast creation with descriptive text to better explain what happens in each step, an overhaul of Quota management with "Simple" and "Custom" modes, and enhancements to the Forecast Detail view. We are also continuously improving our application and adding other small enhancements and fixes throughout the whole application.

Pipeliner CRM 5.18.0 introduces an improved Navigator. When drilling down from a chart, you can now view the report's main records and the related records that impact the chart in two separate tabs. In response to customer feedback, we are implementing Tags for Activities. Users can now create separate Tags for both Tasks and Appointments, and these tags will work the same as everywhere else in Pipeliner. Based on customer feedback, we also now allow users to choose the conditions that determine the background and border colors for calendar entries. We also improved Reports & Dashboards. When drilling down from a chart, you can now view the report's main records and the related records that impact the chart in two separate tabs. We are also continuously improving our application and adding other small enhancements and fixes throughout the whole application.

Pipeliner CRM 5.17.0 introduces a brand new Navigator. Our new Navigator allows users to create their own layouts, made up of multiple customizable elements that can be simply dragged & dropped onto a layout and saved as a custom Profile. This release includes further enhancements and updates to the visual template editor (WYSIWYG). When working with Record Conversions in Entities, there is a new option to define mappings for specific “source” record type and “target” record type. We are also continuously improving our application and adding other small enhancements and fixes throughout the whole application.

Pipeliner CRM 5.16.0 introduces a brand new AI Report Agent. The Voyager AI Report Agent is our next powerful enhancement, leveraging AI capabilities to streamline user workflows in Pipeliner. Users can now use natural language prompts and Voyager AI will create reports based on the requirements. We have also improved our Visual Email Template Editor, which now allows users to select from predefined layouts, including Newsletter, Announcement, Services, and an Empty layout. This software release enhances email-triggered automation in Automatizer by adding new actions to update email records and link them as related. We are also continuously improving our application and adding other small enhancements and fixes throughout the whole application.

Pipeliner CRM 5.15.0 introduces brand new Activity Coloring in Calendar. From now users can set custom colors for themselves and their colleagues which will visually differentiate the ownership of tasks and appointments in the Calendar view. We also improved Emails. When a user is manually sending an email, there is now an option for them to send the email later using “Schedule Send”. There is also improvement in Reports & Dashboards. Users can select a new related entity - Revenue Recognition - when adding columns to their Opportunity report. We vastly improved our WYSIWYG editor. We are also continuously improving our application and adding other small enhancements and fixes throughout the whole application.

Pipeliner CRM 5.14.0 introduces Improved Voyager AI Online Form Agent, the AI agent can now create a more structured form using more fields in a single row to create more comprehensive and structured forms. The email template manager has been redesigned to improve the overall user experience, and allow more space for creating and working with email templates created using the new WYSIWYG email editor. This release includes a comprehensive update to our Email Template Editor by creating a simple, easy-to-use, and easy-to-customize template editor with a wide range of compatibility for email clients. We are also continuously improving our application and adding other small enhancements and fixes throughout the whole application.

Pipeliner CRM 5.13.0 introduces Brand New Voyager AI Media Files Transcription, which now brings the ease and efficiency of working with our Call Recording feature to Appointments. The Voyager AI Online Form Agent is the next huge leap forward in using the power of AI to streamline how users work in Pipeliner by using natural language. New Field Mapping enables Admins to override the system mapping (prefill) settings and create new mappings for lookup relations. We are also continuously improving our application and adding other small enhancements and fixes throughout the whole application.

Pipeliner CRM 5.12.0 introduces Brand New Products & Services inside Online Forms. Users can expose the Products & Services set up in Pipeliner on Online Forms using the responses to populate the Products field on Opportunities or Quotes. Additionally, we improved Email Notifications in Online Forms. Users now have the option to turn on notifications to receive email notifications when these limits are reached as well as when a new response is submitted. To facilitate the organization of Automatizer processes, we’ve included the ability to add Tag(s) to each process. This release includes a new Automatizer Action Type “Link Record as Related”. We are also continuously improving our application and adding other small enhancements and fixes throughout the whole application.
