Pipeliner CRM 4.16.0 introduces brand-new Approval Processes — there are so many different occasions when Approval is required from different areas of a business to determine whether it is viable to pursue an Opportunity, to decide if the credit status of an Account should be upgraded, or even whether to add a Contact to a Christmas Gift list! It’s for these many and varied use cases that we’ve created Approval Processes. Approvals can be created by individuals based on their User Role and can be applied to Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities and Quotes. Additional enhancements as support for opening records in a new tab, allowing users to easily navigate between related records without losing their current place in the app. When creating new records for Leads, Opportunities, and Quotes, users have a new option to select the step in which the record will be created. Pipeliner CRM 4.15.0 introduces brand new Step Activities. By adding a Sales Activities Checklist to each step of the Pipeline, Pipeliner Admins can assist teams by providing step-by-step guidance using contextualized notifications which give specific suggestions on what actions users need to take in order to follow the company’s established process/strategy. Additional enhancements when using the List Views throughout Pipeliner allows users to easily resize columns by clicking on the "Fit Column Widths" button and allow horizontal scrolling if lots of fields are selected. Users who rely on our Office 365 or Google calendar integrations now have a new option which allows them to choose whether to sync private appointments or not. This release has added the ability to use Quotes in Reports and Dashboards as well as export Quote data. Pipeliner CRM 4.14.0 introduces brand new Quotes Management feature which allows you to manage the process of preparing and sending quotes to your customers and prospects. Pipeliner Administrators now import the values for validated fields (Drop-downs, Multi select checkboxes, Radio) instead of entering each value individually. It’s also possible to add/replace/update existing values by first exporting, then editing and then re-importing updated values. These options are available for out-of-the-box fields as well as custom fields. Pipeliner CRM 4.13.0 introduces brand new Targets which are designed to help you track the performance of users or teams (groups of users) using data from the Leads and Opportunities that they are working on in Pipeliner. Pipeliner Administrators now have the option to add additional multi language translations directly in the Admin Module via Fields & Forms or the Translations tab which is activated when the Multilanguage Support Add-on is enabled. Using the Pipeliner Calling & Messaging feature, users can initiate a call directly from your Pipeliner cloud web application using a personal phone number and then log the call as a completed task. They can also send one-off or mass text messages directly from within the web app - using a purchased Pipeliner VOIP number - making keeping in touch with your company’s customers and prospects even more seamless and efficient. Text conversations will be stored in the Feeds in the app. We are also presenting brand new Lead Scoring add-on which allows you to use both pre-defined and custom scoring criteria so that Business Development users can prioritise the best Leads to work on. Pipeliner Admins can set up Scoring Rules based on field values, activities or emails for different types of Lead. The Lead Scoring widget shows both the overall score for each Lead and also how it is tracking against your Lead Scoring rules.
