Pipeliner CRM 5.7.0 introduces brand-new Voyager AI features. Powerful and secure new features added to our Voyager AI assistant allow users to create a Summary or Action Points based on the content of emails, text messages and notes on the Feeds tab of a record. All data remains within the same environment as your Pipeliner database when using these new features. Hence, there is no security risk to your customer data. This release includes a valuable additional SendGrid Integration option for our many customers who are using Pipeliner for more and more of their marketing activities. The Document Templates Add-on has been completely revised and improved to also allow users to access both Projects and Custom Entities as well as the existing main Entities. We are also continuously improving our application and adding various other small enhancements and fixes throughout the whole application.

Vastly Enhanced Online Forms, Email Tracking, Feeds Filter & Streams Panel, and other Various Improvements… (v5.6.0)

Pipeliner CRM 5.6.0 introduces vastly improved Online Forms — it is now possible to create fields on Online Forms that only display when another field has been completed with an appropriate value. For those customers using Online Forms to help organize Events, in particular, it is now possible to automatically disable the Online Form so that no further responses can be submitted. It is possible now also to add sections to online forms and divide the content/fields into groups. We wanted to enhance the tracking of email events by adding the ability to track bounced emails for Standard or Mass Emails. We’ve updated also the design of the Feeds filter option to include section headers and have also enabled additional filter options for Emails. For the backend, administrators can now apply the recalculation sequentially over some time so rather than all users being locked out waiting for the whole recalculation to complete, each individual user will only be locked out when their individual recalculation is being processed. Pipeliner CRM 5.5.0 introduces a brand-new Duplicate Checker. Data quality is a crucial factor in managing customer relationships - a single, clean record for each customer giving the visibility of your teams’ previous interactions and future plans is the key to successful collaboration, helping to ensure long-lasting relationships and high customer satisfaction. Additionally, we implemented Global Search & Advanced Search improvements. Searching in Pipeliner is quick and easy using the Global Search or by searching within a menu such as Accounts and to make it even easier, we’ve updated the search algorithm to return more results and reorganized the Recents list and Global Search displays and options. A new Web Clipper extension is also available in the Chrome web store. The Web Domain extractor is a new tool that will populate the default homepage (website) field on an Account record where the homepage field is empty but there is an Account Primary Email Address filled in. Custom Fields on Cards are now available so users are now able to add up to 3 additional fields (including custom fields) to the Opportunity, Lead, Quote, or Activities cards used in views such as the Pipeline view (in the Opportunities menu and in Forecasts) and the Board view for Leads, Quotes, and Tasks. Pipeliner CRM 5.4.0 introduces brand-new History Reports. Users can now create a new type of report: Report with Historical Data. Creating these reports is fundamentally the same as any other type but they are designed to allow users to track changes made to values over a period using date comparisons or historical trends. Additionally, customers have been asking for the option to use more advanced calculations in fields in Pipeliner so that calculations work not only with numbers, but also with text, dates etc, plus the ability to use the same sort of functions that they are familiar with using in Excel, for example. We’ve taken this feedback on board and, in this major upgrade of calculation fields, we bring a whole new experience of working with calculations and formulas to meet most expectations and needs. Also, admins can now update the fields that are visible on the card fields such as Primary Account, Primary Contact, Opportunity or Lookup fields. Pipeliner CRM 5.3.0 introduces Reports enhancements, users can now summarise related data “on the fly” by creating a “Summary Value” field directly within a report rather than needing an Admin to create a Rollup field and place it on the Form for every record. To further extend the usefulness of these relationships, we’ve added the option to create Lookup fields (or update existing fields) to have a “Primary” (or main) record. Webhooks are now supported for Custom Entities and for Products inside the Product Catalog. Companies that use Azure Active directory (Microsoft Entra ID) for managing their employees can connect this system with Pipeliner to provide a seamless single sign-on option for their Pipeliner users. Spanish has been added as a main language for the application. Pipeliner CRM 5.2.0 introduces enhanced Custom Entities with improvements such as full Automatizer support by using triggers, in Filter Conditions and in Actions in processes. Users can send emails to Accounts & Contacts and link them to Custom Entities, or send emails to all account/contact lookups located on the custom entity or any other entity. Personalization markers also fully support custom entities. We’ve added the ability to create complex “custom” filter expressions using combinations of AND and OR criteria with parentheses, giving even more flexibility when segmenting data or creating specific reports. New & Enhanced Custom Entities Reporting & Filtering, Archiving of Accounts & Contacts, Speech to Text, Various Improvements and more (v5.1.0)

Pipeliner CRM 5.1.0 introduces a new enhanced Custom Entities Reporting + Filtering module. Lookup field creation has been updated so that a Related Entities tab is always created on the Linked Entity record. Admins can choose whether to add the Lookup field to the Linked Entity form or just use the new tab to display related data. In addition to that it is now possible to Archive inactive Accounts and Contacts. This is a really useful way of removing currently inactive Accounts and Contacts from the “Active” views in the Accounts and Contacts menus without having to delete them. We are also excited to introduce Speech to Text. Users can write emails, and notes or update any rich text-enabled field in Pipeliner simply by speaking! Pipeliner CRM 5.0.0 introduces brand-new Custom Entities module which allows you to create — and then work with — a completely new type of entity in Pipeliner which you can then link to existing entities using Lookup fields to create relationships. Various Improvements for Reports and Charts — you can now resize column widths to help the formatting of wide pivot reports. Resizing is applied to all fields of the same type.
