Pipeliner CRM 4.9.0 introduces brand new Tagging. Tags are an incredibly useful way to flag - or categorise - Accounts, Contacts, Leads or Opportunities in Pipeliner. Users can select multiple Tags per record as needed and - if their user role allows - can create new Tags “on the fly” from inside the web app. Tags can be color-coded when they’re created. We are also improving continuously our application and adding various other small enhancements and fixes throughout the whole application.

New Lead Forms, Lead Processes, Email Permissions and more (v4.8.0)

Pipeliner CRM 4.8.0 introduces brand new Lead Forms. Pipeliner Admins can now create multiple Lead Forms — similar to those we’ve already implemented for Opportunities (by pipeline), Accounts, and Contacts. Our new Lead Management functionality allows Pipeliner Admins to create an unlimited number of lead Processes, each with different steps and associated Activities Checklist made up of text prompts, field prompts or activity prompts, each of which can be made “required” — just as when creating a pipeline for an Opportunity Process. In addition to this, we announce improvements in Email Sharing security — visibility of Email communications to and from your customers and prospects is a key pillar of using any modern CRM system. It’s a vital component of the relationships that are built and maintained and, as such, should, in general, be accessible and visible within Pipeliner. New Forecasts, Fitness and more (v4.7.0)

Pipeliner CRM 4.7.0 introduces a brand new Opportunity Fitness which gives you an “at-a-glance” view of the current health of any Opportunity using indicators — both pre-defined and custom — that you can configure to meet your own organisation’s specific business needs. There are 11 system indicators — these are pre-defined but have customisable rules — and custom indicators — based on Opportunity fields — can also be created. Each indicator can be set for all pipelines, for a selected pipeline, or an individual stage of a particular sales process. Next our enhanced Forecasts allow you to plan and review revenue gained and projected for Users, Units, Products and Product Categories for whichever date period you select. As part of your Forecast set up, on the Quota tab, you can enter Quotas for Users/Sales Units etc based on splits, previous performance or manual custom values. Pipeliner CRM 4.6.0 introduces a brand new Document Management which allows an easy and intuitive managing all files and documents inside Pipeliner CRM. The system is structured so that there are two primary types of documents — "Company" and "Record" documents. Documents can be as large as 200 MB, and those with multiple uses can be available from multiple locations. We took the dynamic visual approach we take with all of the other elements in Pipeliner, so that anyone using the system can instantly understand it. Directory views can be set up in thumbnails or list views. We are introducing brand new Custom Entity Names — for some businesses, the use of specific terminology is extremely important for consistency across the organisation as well as user adoption. We’ve added a 2-Step Verification authentication option so that Pipeliner Subscription Administrators can choose to enhance the security around logging in to Pipeliner by ensuring users need to enter a verification code in addition to their username and password. We’ve also enabled new options for Single Sign On using OIDC via Microsoft or Google accounts. For customers using Active Directory, it’s still possible to enable a custom SAML IDP. Pipeliner CRM 4.5.0 introduces a brand new Customization of Record Detail which allows Admins select which Tabs should be available and which Widgets should be displayed in the sidebar. Users can then choose to reorder the Tabs and Widgets to suit their own preferences from inside the Web App. If your organisation adds records for different types of company (Accounts) or different types of Contact into Pipeliner, Admins can now manage these different scenarios by creating different Forms for each type of Account or Contact in the Admin Module › Fields & Forms. New Appointment Scheduler, New Video Calling, Outlook Add-in Improvements and more (v4.4.0)

Pipeliner CRM 4.4.0 introduces a brand new Appointment Scheduler which allows users to schedule meetings without the back-and-forth emails by sharing availability with one, or more, contacts/attendees via a link to an external Booking Page. Attendees can select from the displayed available times based on their preference(s). Most of us now rely on video meeting apps so we’ve embedded a “Video Calling” widget that links to 2 of the most popular tools directly into Pipeliner appointments. There are 2 new Add-ons that can be enabled in the Automation Hub - one for Zoom Meetings and the other for Microsoft Teams. Many users love our Outlook Add-on which allows you to interact directly with Pipeliner from your Inbox so we’ve made it even better by allowing your Admins to add additional fields to the form that displays in the right hand panel when creating new records. For those users who have activated the Office 365 Calendar integration, we now support syncing Recurring Appointments from Outlook to Pipeliner. These recurring events will be synced into Pipeliner as a new activity type “Recurring Appointment” which will be read-only.
