What Does “Collection” Mean?
As with our last 5 versions, we named this version—version 10.0—after an ancient groundbreaking work. In this case, the name is Collection after an 8-volume work of the same name written by ancient Greek mathematician Pappus of Alexandria in about 340 AD. Collection contains a systematically arranged account of the most important results obtained by Pappus’s predecessors in the field of mathematics. It also contains notes explaining and expanding on previous discoveries.
Relationship to Pipeliner
With Pipeliner CRM version 10.0, we have come to a place where we are consolidating and streamlining a number of Pipeliner’s already advanced data methods, taking vital features of its structure and making them even more efficient. We’re collecting data and visualizing it in an intelligent, mathematical form so that people can better grasp it.
The result is an even faster, more empowering Pipeliner CRM!
Streamline and Consolidate
With Pipeliner Collection, we have achieved a number of advancements in a way similar to this ancient work.
Associating and Consolidating Multiple Accounts
Today it is extremely likely to have a scenario in which several accounts are related to each other. For example, XYZ Company might be owned by ABC Company, and in fact ABC company must ultimately approve large purchases being made by XYZ company. In Pipeliner, though, the 2 are entered as separate companies because, in fact, they are.
With our new Parent Account feature, you can now assign a parent account to an existing account—in our example, you could assign ABC Company as a parent account to XYZ Company. This facility also allows you to assign multiple accounts under one account.
You can also select a particular account, you can also aggregate data from multiple accounts into that selected account.
Merging accounts and contacts
You’ll sometimes find that 2 contacts or accounts are entered into Pipeliner that, while they have different data, actually belong in 1. With Pipeliner Collection, you can now merge 2 contacts or accounts into a single contact or account.
Compact View Expanded
With Pipeliner Phaenomena version 7.5, we released a feature called Compact View. This feature allows you to, at a glance, see the last time you touched a prospect, what sales opportunities they’re involved with, and their running feed activity (latest emails, social CRM updates, or internal messages.)
Now with Pipeliner Collection, the Compact View is now expanded to be applied to leads, opportunities, and opportunities within the Archive.
List View Expanded
We have now made our List View feature available for leads, opportunities, opportunities within the Archive and contacts. You can see your leads, opportunities, or contacts in a column/row format, customizable for your particular needs.
New KPI Dashboard Report
Pipeliner’s visual KPI Dashboard Reports is one of the features that sets Pipeliner CRM well apart from the competition. With Pipeliner Collection, we’ve added a new and very vital report: Pipeline Conversion Rates Chart. This report shows, at a glance, the conversion rates of a single rep or multiple reps within a team.
Additionally we’ve improved Pipeliner’s KPI Dashboard Reports by adding drag-and-drop functionality to chart boxes within the dashboard itself.
